Course Goal / Objective

Transfer of the basic techniques used in the field of biotechnology as theoretical and practical to postgraduate students

Course Content

Considerations in laboratory studies, solution preparation, DNA and RNA isolation from procaryotes and eukaryotes, electrophoresis, purification of DNA from agarose, isolation and electrophoresis of proteins, PCR technology
