Goals

The objectives of this programme renders education that develops the necessary knowledge and skills for those students who would like to work as academic personnel in universities and as managers in the private or public sectors. Moreover, the program provides an opportunity to major in entrepreneurship for those individuals who would like to succeed in their own businesses.

Objectives

The overall objective of the program is to ensure that students have the highest level of theoretical knowledge in the field of business administration. The program is designed to enable students to have the knowledge and skills to understand and apply contemporary research methods that can be applied to solve business problems. Another aim of the program is to provide students with the ability to bring creative and change oriented solutions to business problems. Another aim of the program is to enable graduates to gain the ability to effectively communicate management and organization issues to their students as potential instructors.

Specific Admission Requirements

In order to graduate from this program, the students are required to successfully complete all the courses with a minimum average grade point of 3.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass the doctoral sufficiency exam and thesis defense.
