Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to transfer the principles of application and follow-up of the basic evaluation views before and after loan disbursement in loan analysis and decision processes in banking with theoretical and practical examples and to gain knowledge and skills in this subject with case studies
Course Content
This course includes asymmetric information problem, credit analysis, financial statement analysis, techniques to be used in credit analysis, evaluation of individual/commercial/short-term/medium-term loan requests, credits that are special in evaluation, preparation of credit analysis reports, rejection of loan requests by banks.
