Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is first to enable students to distinguish between natural sciences and spiritual sciences. Then, to understand the development process of Turkish management science based on philosophy.
Course Content
In this course, the focus is on basic concepts in order to understand organizations, which are social systems, in more depth. Philosophy, Natural sciences and social sciences approaches, Philosophy-based approaches to organizational theories used in management sciences.
