Course Goal / Objective
Teaching the chemical reactions occurring in emission control systems, teaching the chemical and physical properties of catalysts,
Course Content
Catalytic chemical reactions, physical and chemical properties of catalysts, catalyst materials for combustion applications and exhaust emission control systems, advantages and disadvantages of catalytic combustion in internal combustion engines, economic dimensions of catalysts.
