Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to raise students' awareness about the introduction, preparation and application of natural skin care products. It is aimed to develop healthy and sustainable skin care methods using vegetable oils, natural extracts and organic ingredients.
Course Content
I This course teaches the basic principles of natural skin care. Students understand the importance of organic skin care by learning the differences between chemical and natural products. Emphasis is placed on the selection and application of natural ingredients suitable for skin types. The benefits and preparation methods of herbal oils, natural masks, peelings and tonics are discussed. The effects of clay masks and minerals on skin health are examined. The role of aromatherapy and essential oils in skin care is explained. Natural solutions are offered to skin problems such as acne, blemishes and sensitivity. Chemical-free sunscreens and moisturizers are introduced. Finally, students learn techniques for preparing natural skin care products (creams, lotions, soaps and toners) at home.
