Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to make the students to define the communication concept; to explain the basic principles and concepts in communication; to learn about communication barriers and conflicts; to have a healthy communication with families and school staff and lastly to develop communication skills.

Communication and its basic concepts; communication types (verbal and non-verbal communication); a healthy and effective communication; communication barriers; communication conflicts and solutions
