Course Goal / Objective
To apply hemodynamic measurement methods in experimental animals
Course Content
Basic structural and functional properties of circulatory system in rodents; general characteristics of the systems used in blood pressure, intra-ventricular pressure and heart rate measurement; surgical procedures for hemodynamic measurements; discussion of general characteristics of baroreflex sensitivity measurement methods in rats and the application of these methods.
