Course Goal / Objective

To learn the advanced physiology of the cardiovascular system

Course Content

Hemostasis; circulation; electrical activity of the heart; heart pump; regulation of heart beat; hemodynamic; arterial system; microcirculation and lymphatics; peripheral circulation and its control; control of cardiac output; special circulation zones; compound effects of central and peripheral factors in the control of circulation; the mechanisms of disruption of circulation and circulatory physiopatology
