Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to provide students with the technical drawing knowledge necessary to analyze garment designs, examine fundamental garment and accessory types and their details, and produce accurate technical illustrations based on established criteria in garment design. It also prepares students to develop technical specification sheets prior to the production phase.

Course Content

This content includes the definition of technical drawing, the depiction of garment construction details through technical illustrations, an overview of accessories used in garment design and their drawing techniques, as well as the explanation of the preparation stage for the technical sheet.
