General Information
The Accounting Program in 2002 started its second teaching. In 2003, there is a regular education student on this side. The duration of education is two years. There are 60 students in normal education and 50 students in evening program.

Feature & Definition
Students gain skills and habits such as working computer package programs related to the field, taking responsibility in administrative steps, getting practice and skills in bureau management and personnel management, and being able to process books used in commercial life. Students who have graduated from the program are offered a four- in the case of professional work or in the case of an entity having first degree authority in the accounting department, they can earn a Certified Accountant if they gain the exam at the end of the period.

Goals
To educate occupational staff with entrepreneurial and analytical thinking ability to comprehend accounting functions in enterprises and to enable accounting procedures to function in a healthy and reliable way, to comprehend accounting and tax applications, requirements and innovations in business life.
Objectives
It is to be a privileged program that provides knowledge and skill, high level of profession requirements, and intermediate staff depending on ethical values.
Specific Admission Requirements
Students are accepted with the central exam conducted by the Accounting and Tax Applications Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Students are admitted to the program with TYT score type and 2-year associate degree education is given. Students who choose with their TYT score are placed in the program they prefer with the Central Placement made by OSYM according to their success ranking.

Graduates earn an associate degree in Accounting and Tax Applications.

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
Students graduate from this program by completing 120 ECTS/ECTS credits. In order to graduate, students must successfully complete all of the courses available in the program and obtain a grade point average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00. In addition, students must successfully complete their 30-day professional internship. The graduate student is awarded an associate degree in Accounting and Tax Applications.
Access to Further Studies
If graduates get necessary points from the Vertical Transfer Exam , they can complete their undergraduate education.
Internship
Internship is a practical and applied education that students will do in the relevant sector. Internships will be held on the dates announced by the School Directorate, and the duration of the internship cannot be less than 30 working days depending on the nature of the program. It is appropriate to do the internship during the summer break at the end of the first year. Students in public institutions and private sector can do their internship.
Applied Course
Within the scope of the program, there are courses with applications such as Office Programs, Package Programs, Foreign Trade Transactions Accounting.
Work Placement
Apart from the internship, there is no job-based learning activity.
