Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to help the students to comprehend the general principles of physical geography by geography and understand the basic concepts and facts.

Course Content

The content of this course include the definition of geography, subject matter, principles, sections, subject matters of Mathematical Geography, Cartography, Map reading, Geomorphology (Basic geological principles, fundamental knowledge on the structure of earth), hydro-graphs (rivers, springs, lakes and seas) Climatology (Climate Science, Pedogeography (formation, variation, distribution,soil problems, plant geography (habitat conditions, distributions).
