Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course to be successful in business and society and to develop good relations and protocol information needed to provide students with the rules of social behavior.
Course Content
This course includes following subjects. Concepts of Protocol, Rules of good manners, Lists of protocol, VIP list, The rules of commity life, The rules in the business life, The protocol in establishment, The protocol in oral and writting communication, Opening, in ceremany speaking protocol, The relationship between secretary with superior.
