Course Goal / Objective

To be able to explain the basic concepts related to filing and archiving, the characteristics of a good filing system and the principles of filing systems. The pupil is given the knowledge of the types of documents to be filed and the stages through which the files have been passed until they are filed, and to give them the ability to filing and archiving when necessary.
