Course Goal / Objective
To teach the basic concepts of communication law, rules and regulations and the rights and legal institutions of the search paths. Learn about freedom of expression and communication, print media, radio and television, advertising, cinema and the Internet in the basic legal concepts, rules and institutions.The aim of this course is to enable the people who will work in the communication sector to know the mass communication law and to work in accordance with laws of press and ethical rules.
Course Content
Communication within the framework of basic rights and freedoms, the development of communication freedom, the content of freedom of communication, the regime of press, basic organizations, administrative, civil and criminal liabilities. Laws regulating the mass communication field and the legal problems experienced by the institutions and organizations that serve according to this law. At the same time, provide information about the law practices of other countries' related mass communication field and the individual's constitutional right in the context of international contracts and the legal freedom and limitations of information disclosure.
