Course Goal / Objective

provides detailed information of underground and overground (open pit) structures for Mining Engineering candidates on tunneling and opening galleries, road construction, landslide-slope stability and prevention, ground survey- ground improvement, excavation and support systems, tasman, bridges and dams. Also gives the basic information about the engineering-geomechanical properties of fractured-crack systems and concrete structure and rock quality used

Course Content

Underground and overground structures, providing of detailed information on tunneling and gallery opening, road construction, landslide-slope stability and prevention, determination of soil structure- soil improvement, excavation and support systems, subsidance, bridges and dams. Also gives the basic information about concrete and quality of rock structure and geomechanical properties, fracture-crack systems
