Course Goal / Objective

Understand the basic principles of power semiconductor components, rectifier circuits, chopper and inverter circuits and bring ability of design such circuits.

Course Content

Basic concepts of power electronics and power semiconductors, working principle and applications of rectifier circuits, chopper circuits, inverter circuits, frequency converter circuits.
