Course Goal / Objective
It was aimed to learn different communication tools theoretically and practically in order to be successful in the profession and personal relations
Course Content
Definition of communication, basic characteristics, classification, tools, common symbols, social communication, factors preventing communication, solutions of emerging problems, bases of written and verbal communication, effective body language usage in nonverbal communication, head-hand-arm movements, face expressions, gestures , posture, eye movement and eye contact topics.
