Course Goal / Objective

To propagate stress resistant and better plant propagation in terms of quality and quantitiy and to use avalible mthods in propagation and techniques in evaluation.

Course Content

Subjects such as basic princples of plant propagation in horticulture, especially in fruit growing, seed, rootstock are evaluated. Viability and germination tests on seeds, rootstock production with cuttings, grafting types and different grafting techniques in plant propagation are emphasized.
