Course Goal / Objective

The subject of the history of law , period , methodology, the general framework of the history and modern development stage of basic legal concepts and institutions of law ; effects of Islamic law and Roman law on pre-modern institutions; The change of Ottoman rule of law in the Republic of Turkey and to provide information about students having legal systems.

Course Content

The frame of the history of the common law , and have knowledge about the formation stage of the basic concepts and institutions of modern law.
