Course Goal / Objective
To diagnose, to make treatment planning properly and to treat the teeth in the field of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics.
Course Content
This lecture is involve that performing clinical and radiological diagnosis, detection of dental therapies in the field of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics, preparing the instruments and materials require for root canal treatment and restorative procedures and completion of the dental therapies properly with proper materials in the clinic for adult patients.

| LO01 | Inform patient and patient's relatives about the treatment plan as written and verbally, tell the complications and receive the consent. |
| LO02 | Diagnose carious teeth, make treatment plan and differentiate the cases in the field of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics in consideration of the clinical and radiolojical examination. |
| LO03 | Prepare the instruments and materials necessary for amalgam/composite fillings and other kinds of restorative procedures and handle this materials properly. |
| LO04 | Restore all of the teeth, determine the esthetic requirement and if necessary consult the patient. |
| LO05 | Prepare the instruments and materials necessary for root canal treatment and handle this materials properly. |
| LO06 | Diagnose the cases that require root canal treatment and perform endodontic therapy with contemporary approch to teeth. |
| LO07 | Clean, disinfect and sterilize if necessary the instruments, materials and dental unit after the dental procedures. |
| LO08 | Differentiate the cases of dental emergency, communicate with the patient and patient's relatives and perform the therapy properly. |
| LO09 | Give the recommendations to the patient verbally and written. |
