Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to teaching the bacis concepts of commercial law
Course Content
Knows the concept of Joint venture .Has the basic information about the concept of trader,assistant of trader. Be informed about the trade registry, trade cases, account books. Comprehends the difference between the concept of trade name and trademarks . Learns the basic subjects like unfair competition.
