Course Goal / Objective

In this course, it is aimed to gain competence in issues like hotel Management-investment-management-planning-control concepts, the definition of the hospitality industry, its historical development, classification, characteristics, selection of location of hotel operations, investment decisions, cost of hotel investments, financing and efficiency principles, hotel administrative and management functions of businesses.
