Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of the course is to make the students gain the proficiency in doing the preparations in housekeeping.
Course Content
Organization of Tasks, housekeeping departments, body care, work schedule are explained. In the second module Shift Cycles in Housekeeping Department, room status report, undone tasks, pass keys and forgotten goods are explained. In the third module Human Resources Management in Housekeeping, orientation, motivation and training topics are explained.
