Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of the course is to make the students gain the knowldege about Tourism Legislation and to fulfill the obligations related to the current changes in the legislative process.
Course Content
A general information about Tourism, Law, Tourism Law and Tourism Legislation, The development of Tourism Law and Sources, Notebooks required to be kept: the responsibilities of tourism businesses related to the tourism law and guest complaint and requests forms, guest complaint forms, guest request form, guest survey, percentage calculations, police book, control, Correspondence with the Ministry: price of the room and the criteria for determining, TUİK data, Law for the Encouragement 2. section, price lists, calculations of room cost, statistical values are explained.
