Course Content
Quality Concept, Standard and Standardization, The importance of the standard manufacturing and service sector, Management quality and standards, Environmental standards, Quality management system, Strategic management, Government participation, Process management system, Resource management system, EFQM Excellence Model, Production quality control, Inspection and sampling, Total quality contro, Control Diagrams, Statistical Distributions.
