Course Goal / Objective

Orthopedic injuries of students and basic physical therapy methods after orthopedic surgery, tissue protection principles, ambulance of the patient and appropriate therapy approaches are applied by the related physical medicine and rehabilitation physician or physiotherapist.

Course Content

Introduction to orthopedic rehabilitation, trauma, lower extremity trauma, upper extremity trauma, fracture and fracture union principles, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, adhesive capsulitis, ambulance and fibromyalgia are explained.
