Course Goal / Objective

Learn the methods of combating unwanted vegetation in wetlands.

Course Content

Aquatic weed growth; function and classification of aquatic plants (emergent, floating leaved, submerged, single celled algae, filamentous algae); aquatic weed control techniques (mechanical, environmental, biological and chemical); special problems.
