Course Goal / Objective

To be able to evaluate how the mutual effect occurs in the objective conflict, how the chosen language and messages shape the conflict, how important behavioral patterns and speech patterns are in conflict; To understand the dynamics that reveal conflicts in everyday life and to provide a road map of how to use theory research to be effective in conflict.
