Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to teach the physiological effects of the almonds on the fruit trees, to teach the importance of the pruning in the aquaculture, and to transfer the acquired knowledge to practice.

Course Content

Subjects such as pruning and pruning purpose in fruit trees, physiological principals of pruning, relationship between summer pruing and yield, ABA accumaliton and pruning, rootstocks, classical pruning and modern pruning systems, relevant pruning systems and pruning shape, relations of rootstocks and cutting are emphasized.
