Course Goal / Objective

Raising teacher candidates' awareness of leadership qualities because of they educate leaders of future, As teachers develop their own vision and mission, to help to realise the need to develop leadership skills

Course Content

Course content is related to the concept of leadership and characteristics. It will focus on the difference between leader and manager, leadership qualities. It will evaluate a leading teacher qualifications. In addition, in order to develop the leadership some experiential events on communication, tolerance, problem solving, effective decision making, cooparation will take place
