Course Goal / Objective
By gaining administration law knowledge student improves written and spoken abilities. Deals with evolution of administrative law, its theory and application and has knowledge about administrative culture in Turkey.
Course Content
Turkeys administrative organization, general theories and constitutional principles, organization of central administration and local government, types of administrative acts, elements of the administrative act, administrative contracts.
