Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to show the most effective international control systems in the field of Human Rights, European Convention of Human Rights mechanism, and to indicate weaknesses of national law by examining the decision of European Court of Human Rights about Turkey.
Course Content
Under the ECHR and the Judiciary law course, the main titles of the topics addressed during the period include: the European Court of Human Rights organization, structure, organs, and the courts decision to court process, court decisions effects of countries internal, documents and texts of the international agreements.
