Course Goal / Objective
Providing basic information about the diagnosis of microorganisms by using staining, culture, serology and molecular methods and disinfection and sterilization in microbiology laboratory
Course Content
Disinfection-sterilization methods and their effective mechanisms, microbiological staining, culture methods, serological and molecular tests, and evoluation of test results
