Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide information about how organizations are designed. It describes the key components of organizational structure and identifies the most common approaches to structural design. Understanding organizations is essential to becoming more effective analysts, managers and leaders.

Introduction: Organizations and Organization Theory, The External Environment, Interorganizational Relations, Designing Organizations for the International Environment, Strategy, Organization Design, and Effectiveness, Organizational Culture, Innovation and Change, Information Technology and Control, Organization Size, Life Cycle, and Decline
