Course Goal / Objective

The primary aim of this couse is to discuss design, planning, control and coordination problems faced in todays integrated supply chains.

Course Content

Overview of logistics and supply chain systems, demand forecasting methods, inventory management, lot sizing problem, materials requirement planning, distribution requirement planning, supplier selection problems, distribution management, coordinated supply chains, dynamic pricing and productivity management
