Course Goal / Objective

To know the communication qualifications and stress factors that might occur in prehospital field and to gain communication and stress management skills for these.

Course Content

1-Dialogues 2-Communication types and ways 3-Communication with individuals with health problem 4-Communication with the patient relative 5-Communication with diabled people 6-Communication in special cases 7-Consept, scope and syptoms of stress 8-Stess factors 9-Methods for the prevention and control of stress
