Course Goal / Objective
Media and Personality Rights course, the goal is to inform students about the boundaries of the problems encountered in this field and press freedom. When encountered an incident, which violated the personal rights of broadcasting, had been given information on the subject is what it counterclaim facilities.
Course Content
In this course the jurisdiction of the press (newspapers and TV), the rights and responsibilities of the press institutions, press fines and the freedom of press will be examined under the light of Turkish High Court and European Court on Human Rights decisions
