Course Goal / Objective

To gain ability of analysis and design of digital electronic circuits.

Course Content

Basics of digital systems, switching properties of electronic elements, bipolar and MOS logic families, semiconductor memeories, binary circuits, synchronous logic, timing circuit and oscillators, SPICE simulations.
