Course Goal / Objective

Transferring the scientific approaches and methods that support the operational and tactical decisions and make production system effective, efficient, competitive and functional.

Course Content

Includes subjects of basic principles, definitions and importance of production planning; sales forecast, master production planning methods and production control systems.
