Course Goal / Objective

This course introduces the basic principles of state budgeting, budget theory, budget types, budgeting theoretic landscape and budget terms. Within the course of Turkey's past and current governments of different countries in addition to the budget program budget programs and systems are examined.

Basic principles of state budget, budget theory, types of budget, theoretical view of budget and budget terms.
