Course Goal / Objective
This course aims at providing an introduction to the institutional and substantive law of the European Union. It concentrates on sui generis features of the European Union, its institutions, single market and free movement.
Course Content
Free movement of goods. Free movement of people. free circulation of capital and the free movement of services.
