Course Goal / Objective

This lecture aims to gaining knlowledge about private debtor-creditor relationship at the level of undergraduate and gives ability to comment this relationship by provisions of the act, doctrine and applications.

Course Content

Main issues; innominate contracts, debt agreements, sales contract, bartering, contract of donation, lease agreement, loan contracts of consumption and utilization.
