Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to provide the students with the subject matter of language and linguistics with basic linguistic concepts through an overview of nature and universals of human language with its such aspects of sound structure and patterns, word and sentence structure, and the meanings of words and expressions
Course Content
The course will cover several core areas of the study of nature and universals of human language, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics .
