Course Goal / Objective

Drawing of manufacturing views of machine elemments such as bolt, nut, shaft, rulmann, springs. Reading of these drawings and using computers effectively in these activities.

Course Content

Auxiliary views: lines and planes explored, developed views, screw threads, threaded fasteners, working drawings, pictorial drawings: isometric drawing in AutoCAD., dimensioning of isometric drawings. Assembly elements: threaded fasteners, keys, springs. Assembly drawings.
