Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of the course is to make the students gain the ability to carry out the room operations.
Course Content
The Control of Room Operations, to control of the room with the housekeeper report, VIP guests, fulfilling the guest demands, identifying the problems and determining the limits are explained. Reservation Control, types of rooms, walk-ins, more bookings, no-show, booking statistics are described. The Room Sales Control, the policies in the room sales and room sales techniques are described.
