Course Goal / Objective

Learning the basics and function of operating system, detailed surveying different operating sytems from setup to usage, compairing different operating systems ant their versions, learning the usage principles of these operating systems for GIS

Course Content

Introduction to basic of computer, basics oand history of operating systems, types of operating systems, differences of operating system, adventages and disadventages of different operating system for GIS
