Course Goal / Objective

To discuss the necessity of rational pharmacotherapy education and to prepare a list of personal medicines by comparing many alternative medicines in terms of activity, safety, suitability and cost. Educating the patient about drug use.

Course Content

In this internship, treatment principles, development of personal medication list, prescription, theoretical lectures, medication treatment and medication treatment at the related indications at the beginning of patient models, patient education are included.

LO01 Lists basic principles of rational drug use.
LO02 prepares a personal medication list for the relevant indication.
LO03 Approves the suitability of the preselected personal drug for the patient concerned and prescription writer.
LO04 Writes a complete and accurate prescription.
LO05 gives the necessary usage information about the drug to the patient. He informs about warnings to patient.
LO06 educates patients about rational drug use.
LO07 describes different pharmaceutical dosage forms.
