Course Goal / Objective

The general aim of this course is to gain the necessary basic knowledge, skills and attitudes of the Turkish Legal System in order to use it when necessary.

Course Content

The concept of law, legal systems, the requirements of law, relationship with other social rules, and types of sanctions. Public law - Private law distinction, branches of law within the framework of this distinction and examine issues, Turkish judicial system, judicial institutions and types of cases (actio), legal event, jural relations, legal actions, rights, classification and protection of rights, a review of civil law issues, free accountancy and financial consultancy legislation.
