Course Goal / Objective

To emphasize the elements of psychology of communication, and to enable students to conceptualize the basic terms and notions related to the topic.

Course Content

The contents of this course includes issues such as theoretical and practical knowledge on transactional analysis, empathy and comprehends its codes of practice, active listening and self expression skills, psychological processes in interpersonal communication.
